Rebecca Jendzejec, M.A., BCBA-LBA

Director of Clinical Services

Rebecca received her undergraduate degree from Assumption University and graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Salve Regina University.

As the Clinical Director at Strides Academy, Rebecca is an integral part of the intake process and acclimating both students and their families to Strides Academy. She communicates with families regularly and attends IEP meetings to relay the students’ behavioral progress and needs through graphing and analytics. She ensures each student’s plan is individualized and accurately tracks their behavioral data and completes both Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and generation of behavior intervention plans (BIP) based on the identified functions of the student’s behavior. She also oversees and provides on-going training to our Behavior Technicians and BCaBA.

Becca enjoys the warmer months when the sun is shining (an ode to our school mascot) at which time you will find her playing a game of pickleball or lounging on the beach.
